Green tea blends: Steep at 175–180°F for 1–3 minutes
Oolong tea blends: Steep at 195°F for 2–3 minutes
Herbal tea, Rooibos, Yerba Mate blends:  Steep at 212°F for 5-15 minutes

I can't get enough...

This is hands down the best tasting tea I have ever had. Seriously. I can't believe I am the first review for this blend. Everyone I make it for agrees they have never had a better tasting tea, and the label is perfection. I buy this anytime I need a gift for a friend, and love that I can personalize the package!
